Our Audit Solutions
1. Statutory audit
We perform an independent examination of an entity’s financial statements and book of accounts to provide reasonable assurance as to whether entities’ financial statements are free from material misstatement due to fraud or error, and comply with applicable financial reporting frameworks (e.g., IFRS, IFRS for SMEs and IPSAS).
2. Compliance audit
Under our compliance service, we assess whether an organisation is following applicable laws, regulations, policies, agreements, donor requirements or internal guidelines, and issue a compliance audit on the same.
3. Financial statement review (limited assurance)
Depending on requests from our clients we provide a range of financial statements review services including: review of historical financial statements, interim financial statements reviews, review of consolidated financial statements, review of special purpose financial statements, review of single financial statements or element of financial statements and review under agreed regulatory and/or contractual requirements.
4. Agreed-upon procedures (AUP)
Our service under this category includes: verifications of accounts balances (cash, receivables, payables, loans and borrowings, etc.), procedures related to inventory count, fixed assets verification, verifications related to payroll, revenue and expenses, verification of donor grant programme expenditure, and verifications related to tax, and specific element in the financial statements, etc.
5. Special purpose audit
Our service under special purpose audit includes: donor funded project audits, grant audit, capital expenditure audit and other audit and assurance services required for specific purposes.
